Terms of Service

By placing an order with Get Cheeky, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ORDERS
All products are made in limited batches and are subject to availability. Get Cheeky reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service at its discretion.

PRICING
Prices, product availability, menu offerings, and pick up schedules are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS
Payment in full is required at checkout unless otherwise stated. We do not accept electronic checks.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Orders may be canceled no later than 6:00 AM the morning after ordering.

NOTE: Our turnaround time is very short and freshness is important to us. Planning and ingredient purchases start immediately after the order day closes, and production begins at 6:00 AM the day after you place your order. For these reasons orders are NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED AFTER 6:00 AM THE DAY FOLLOWING ORDER PLACEMENT.

PICK UP
Pick up window times open and close promptly. Customers are responsible for arriving during the established pickup window and providing confirmation of their order at pick up. 

NOTE: Orders not picked up by the end of the final established pick up window for the order day are considered abandoned and WILL BE DISCARDED WITHOUT REFUND OR REPLACEMENT unless prior arrangements have been approved by Get Cheeky.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Because products are handmade in small batches, appearance may vary slightly from photos or promotional materials.

ALLERGENS
Products are prepared in a home kitchen operating under California Cottage Food laws and may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT IS ALLERGEN-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Get Cheeky is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from misunderstanding of our policies, misuse, mishandling or improper storage of products, delayed pickup, allergic reactions, or circumstances outside of our control.
